Michael Dunlop's 500cc Classic TT Molnar Manx (No 3 on bike)

Built for Michael Dunlop in 2013 for that years Classic TT, updated in 2014 and 2015 for each years Isle of Man races, this has always been Michaels bike. This is one of the most advanced classic single cylinder machines available, with the latest edition of the Molnar 4 Valve engine, boasting an impressive 70BHP.

Michael was running in 2nd place in the 2015 500cc Classic TT until running out of fuel, after lapping at close to 109mph. This bike has been in the running for a podium position in all its races, but after suffering a tank split in 2014, and brake issues in 2013, it has never quite made it.

The bike has:
Molnar Manx 95 bore 4 valve engine with MPL electronic ignition.
44mm Mikuni carburettor
6 speed TTI gearbox with drum selector mechanism, choice of left hand or right hand gear change.
Lightened belt primary drive and alloy cover.
Molnar Manx lightweight 'Featherbed' frame, powder coated black
Lightweight Manx forks
Magnesium yokes ("triple clamps") and "Sprint" steering damper.
"Maxton" rear shocks.
Choice of painted 5 gallon alloy petrol tank silver, lined red & black or 2.5 gallon polished/painted alloy tank or 2.5 gallon glass fibre petrol tank.
Polished alloy oil tank.
Scitsu Tacho.
Silver, carbon fibre "Kirby" fairing with integral belly pan.
High level silenced stainless steel exhaust system.
Choice of Magnesium Fontana 210mm double sided 4ls front brake or a fixed disk with magnesium disk carrier laced into lightweight 18" alloy rim, stainless spokes, Avon AM22 tyre.
Magnesium Works rear hub with opposite side brake drum laced into lightweight 18" alloy rim, stainless spokes, Avon AM22 tyre.
Paddock stand and set of sprockets included.

Dan Cooper's 500cc Classic TT Molnar Manx (No 5 on bike)

Built in 2013 as the first ever 4 Valve Molnar Manx and fitted with a new engine for the 2014 Classic TT where it was ridden to 2nd Place by Dan Cooper, as the fastest British single ever to finish in the Isle of Man, with a race average of 108mph despite the exhaust mounting rubbers breaking on lap 1. For the 2015 Classic TT the bike was given a complete overhaul, and was raced again by Dan Cooper, however whilst running in 5th place until the petrol tank split. This bike features the latest edition of the 500cc 4 Valve Molnar Manx engine, putting out 70bhp.

Engine No SEC250 4 Valve G50

The first of its kind! Raced by Ivan Lintin to a successful finish at the 2015 Classic TT with absolutely no mechanical problems, though ran to a precautionary 9,000rpm. This engine is offered for fitment to your chassis (or we can supply a Mk2 Seeley chassis separately) complete with ignition, carb, custom made stainless exhaust (not as photo) and 12 months parts and labour warranty.

Our "86" Team bike, built for the 2015 Classic TT and ridden by Wattie Brown to a creditable 9th place at an average speed of over 100mph. Offered either as raced in the IoM or the specification can be amended to suit your exact requirements.

New Manx Engine (E257)

Standard 86 bore, the stage 2 Molnar Manx is the fastest "Lansdowne" specification engine that you can buy. This engine was built as a spare for our 2015 Classis TT effort, run in & dyno'ed, but not required, so now it is ready to race.

Manx Rear Wheel

Magnesium hub, original spec rear wheel, as new – used 1 day only on our team bike. Built with WM3 x 18 alloy rim, stainless spokes and supplied with Avon AM22 110/80 x 18 tyre.
There is no brake plate assembly included with this wheel, but it can be supplied at extra cost.
